This small tree has grown to about 15 feet tall and was probably planted on North Stream Trail long ago along with the other crabapple trees, which can be seen on South Stream Trail. This one has white flower clusters – the other two have pink flowers. In the fall, it carries small, green apples.

This cultivar had been planted, along with others, some time ago; we know not when or why. But it blooms each year early in spring.
