The Four-lined Cabera moth has a wingspan of approximately one inch. It is a creamy white color with 4 parallel grayish lines on the forewing and 3 grayish lines on the hindwing. This moth was indentified with the help of Bob Patterson of the Moth Photographers Group.
This appears to be an uncommon to rare moth. The frequency of occurrence is not known. It has been photographed at Neale Woods in late June. It is attracted to lights.
It is also called Four-lined Cream Moth. There is little known about its habits, and food sources are unrecorded for this species.
