This is a very small beetle about 1/5th of an inch long. It is light in coloration with several brownish markings on the elytra. Its antenna are longer than the body as is true of all members of this family. It was identified by experts at Bugguide.Net.
This beetle was photographed at the Nature Center. Its overall occurrence at Fontenelle Forest is not known.
