POLYAMIA LEAFHOPPER

LEAFHOPPER FAMILY (Cicadellidae)
This small leafhopper grows to only about 1/4 of an inch long. It is tan with a darker brown wing nerve pattern. This specimen was identified to genus with the help of a volunteer expert at BugGuide.
The abundance of this leafhopper is yet unknown in our two nature centers. It was photographed at night, attracted by artificial light.
