This Salebriaria moth has a wingspan of approximately 1 inch. The forewing is gray-brown. The antemedian line is a wide, whitish band that goes across the wing. When viewed from above it forms a “V” with a dark “M” shape at the inner margin. The reniform spot is 2 black dots surrounded by a whitish “S” shape. The terminal line is a series of black dashes. The hindwing is plain tan with brown veins.

The frequency of occurrence in this area is not known. It was photographed on 10 June 2016 at Neale Woods coming to moth lights. The distribution based on sightings suggest it occurs in eastern U.S. with Nebraska and Oklahoma being the western edge of its range. Most sightings of adults are in June.

The host plant is unknown.
